MY FAVOURITE RECIPE FOR COOKING ON MY OWN.

"Tortilla de zanahorias y arroz al apio".
materials:

A) omelette Carrot:

2 carrots
1/2 eggplant
1 clove garlic
4 eggs
olive oil, salt, pepper


B) Rice

1 cup rice
2 cloves garlic
a celery
2 cups water
salt and oil

One of the most important points when cooking time is to see the kitchen. in this case it is essential to start with the rice.


Lightly fry the rice with 2 cloves of garlic and the amount of salt needed. Once the grains are almost white pour 2 cups rice and celery. Cover the pan and put toaster with low heat.
20 minutes and turn off the fire. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.

Next to de rice, take the carrots and fry it, add salt, pepper and dressing as you like. Add the eggs and mix it. Turn the omelette. And ready!




I hope you enjoy it , is a very cheap and very healthy recipe and it's for two persons.
